An order can conly be cancelled if it has not been shipped by the seller. Once shipped, Cancellation option will be removed

To cancel an order, pls follow theses steps below:

1. From your account, click on my orders
2. Click on show details on the order you wish to Cancel
3. Click on cancel order button to cancel the shipping of that order
